Does it work with my iPhone?
Yes. It is added to the Find My app like any other object and also appears on your iPad and your Mac. You need iOS 14.5 or later.
Does it work with Android?
No. Quietta uses the Apple Find My network, so you need an iPhone, iPad, or Mac.
Does it fit in my wallet?
Yes. It is the size of a bank card (54 × 85.5 mm), only 1.85 mm thick, and weighs 8 g, so it fits into a standard slot.

How do I charge it?
Leave it on the wireless charger that comes with your order. Each charge lasts up to 8 months.
Does it work in other countries?
Yes. It is located all over the world: any nearby Apple device in the Find My network helps update its location.
Does it have monthly installments?
No. The Apple Find My network is free and Quietta has no subscription.
Can I use it in my suitcase or the car?
Yes. Put it in a suitcase pocket, in your backpack, or in the glove compartment and see where it is from the Find My app.
How long does shipping take?
Between 7 and 15 days, and shipping is free. With priority processing, we prepare and ship your order before the rest. You will receive tracking via email.
Can I return it?
Yes. You have 60 days from delivery to return it. Refund policy.
Does it work with RFID-blocking wallets?
For most, yes. Some very thick RFID linings can reduce the Bluetooth signal; if you notice it taking a while to update, store it outside the blocking compartment.
What happens if I lose it?
Open the Find My app to see its last location or mark it as lost and we will notify you when it is located.
Does it have a warranty?
Yes, a 3-year legal warranty. If there is any defect, write to us at hola@quietta.es with your order number.
